- Repair and maintenance when customer cannot provide warranty card and proof of purchase;
- Repair and maintenance when the anti-counterfeit label is worn or missing.
- Repair and maintenance when the bar code on the warranty card, which is the sole proof of product identification, is different from the bar code on the bottom of the cooker, or the warranty information is altered.
- Damage resulting from accident (such as falling and bumping), alteration, misuse, or damage caused by force majeure.
- When warranty term is over or the repair and maintenance required are not included in the warranty, cost of replaced parts or the machine will be charged.
