Best Diners Club, is the exclusive distributor of Gemside Kitchen Appliance Technology Co., Ltd. in United States. All products sold on our websites are original authentic from the brand producer, which means these items have passed rigorous tests. Each machine sold by our website enjoys our warm after-sale service subject to below policies.

Return Policy

If you’re unsatisfied with a product, we’ll gladly provide a full refund on all items returned within 30 days of receipt as long as it’s in its original packaging and condition. To make a return, please email  customerservice@americazk.com and we’ll provide you with the return address. Please send back the product within 10 days after you received our email. After we received and inspected the returned product, refunds will be issued within 10 days. 

Damaged Product During Delivery

If you find the product you received is damaged, please do not use it and send email to customerservice@americazk.com to report the incidence with pictures from different angles (including outside packaging, inside packaging, the overall view, and damaged details) or videos. We will reply you within a workday. According to the damaged part, we will make a decision to replace you with a new product or component.

Warranty Policy

This Warranty is extended by Gemside to the owner of this Machine for personal household use only. This Warranty does not apply to products used for commercial, rental or re-sale purposes. 
What is covered:
Gemside warrants to the owners that is this Machine fails within one year from the date of delivery due to a defect in material or workmanship, Gemside will, within 30 days of receipt of the returned product, repair the failed Machine or component part of the Machine free of charge. 
If, in Gemside’s sole discretion, the failed Machine or component part of the Machine cannot be repaired, Gemside will replace the Machine free of charge.
How to arrange for service: If your Gemside automatic cooker fails within the first year of purchase, simply contact the customer service center by email us at customerservice@americazk.com. Please provide your original sales receipt information in your email. Proof of purchase will be required to initiate the claim.
What is not covered:
  1. Repair and maintenance without proof of purchase
  2. Repair and maintenance when automatic cooker is used or maintained in other than normal family home use.
  3. Repair and maintenance when customer cannot provide warranty card and proof of purchase;
  4. Repair and maintenance when the anti-counterfeit label is worn or missing.
  5. Repair and maintenance when the bar code on the warranty card, which is the sole proof of product identification, is different from the bar code on the bottom of the cooker, or the warranty information is altered.
  6. Damage resulting from accident (such as falling and bumping), alteration, misuse, or damage caused by force majeure.
  7. When warranty term is over or the repair and maintenance required are not included in the warranty, cost of replaced parts or the machine will be charged.
This Warranty is only valid if the Machine is used and maintained in accordance with the instructions, warnings and safeguards contained in the owner’s manual.
