Braised Onion

Cooking this dish is very simple. As onion has a strong flavor, it does not need too many condiments to enhance flavor. You just need to stew it thoroughly with the must basic seasonings like cooking oil and salt. And the color of onion itself looks pretty good. Although the cooking process is simple, this dish has color, aroma, and nice taste.

[Main Ingredient] 1lb onion

[Seasonings] 1/2tsp salt, 1/8cup soy sauce, and 1/8cup oil

[Water Amount] 1/3 Gemside Cup


  1. Cut onion in half.
  2. Put onion, seasonings, and water in the pot.
  3. Close the lid and turn on the automatic cooking function by pressing [H·Dry Up Cooking] key on the panel. The cooking procedure will be performed automatically.
  4. After finishing cooking, evenly stir the ingredients in the pot before serving.
